Teeth Whitening Regime

Teeth WhiteningAre you sick of being bombarded by information about teeth whitening that offers no real plan of implementation? Well we have created a teeth whitening regime that is easy to understand and even easier to follow!

The regime is separated into three sections - things you should do everyday, things you should do every two weeks and things you should do every year. We guarantee that if you follow our advice you will see a long-term improvement in the whiteness of your teeth. Just remember that this is a diary you need to stick with to get the maximum teeth whitening results.

-

Everyday
  • Brush your teeth with a soft bristle toothbrush, using a whitening toothpaste.
  • Rinse with mouthwash after every brushing.
  • Floss your teeth before going to bed.
  • Avoid staining food and drinks such as wine, caffeinated drinks and blueberries.
  • Instead drink water and eat foods with whitening properties such as apples and strawberries.
  • Chew sugar-free gum between meals to increase saliva production and remove plaque.
Every two weeks (alternative between these two)
  • Rinse your mouth with a solution of 10% bleach and 90% water. This is gentle enough to not cause any damage, yet will increase the white shade of your teeth.
  • Brush your teeth with baking soda and rinse out with water afterwards.
Every year
  • Get a scale and polish from your dentist.
  • Pay for whitening treatment from your dentist or use a home teeth whitening kit.

As you can see there’s quite a bit to remember so it may be a good idea for you to bookmark this page so you can come back to it everyday and check off the items on the teeth whitening regime list.

Here’s looking to a brighter future!
